What is your processing time?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and will be shipped out once a week.
IMPORTANT: We mail all our orders through Canada Post. Currently we cannot mail to the following locations. Please check to make sure your location is not on the list before placing an order:

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders (within Canada): 1-2 weeks
USA: 2-3 weeks
International: 3-5 weeks
Due to shipping delays from the holidays and COVID, please allow a few extra business days for your order to arrive.

I made an error in the shipping address! How can I change it?
If you made an error in your shipping address, please email us at doodlesntea@gmail.com ASAP with the correct shipping address AND your order number. If an order is returned to us, you will have to pay for the shipping price again.
Lost Mail Policy
We are not responsible for any untracked orders. If your order had a tracking number, we can dispute the order with Canada Post. We are not able to provide a refund for lost mail as this is the fault of the post office and not us. By placing an untracked order, you acknowledge this risk.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
We do not accept refunds/cancellation of orders once it has been shipped.
Missing/Damaged Items
If you have received any damaged items OR are missing items, please email a photo of your order to us at doodlesntea@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Once it has passed 5 business days, we will not be able to provide a refund or resend of the items.
